 Horses stay here at our training establishment, to be educated for an average of six weeks, although as each horse is taught on an individual basis this may not always be the case.
During their stay, your horse will be exposed to everyday stable life – the noises, people coming and going, stalls, other horses, as well as the family’s dogs, cats and chickens.
Specifically your horse will be taught:
- To accept the saddle, bridge and ride
- To tie up
- Hosed down and cover
- To truck and/or float
- Introduced to shoeing and dentistry (Dean is knowledgeable in both fields)
